I am originally from Louisiana.  Military life moved us around for 21 years, but we are now settled down in the south.  Even when I was away my “Southernness” and my love of the South never left.  I love to cook and eat!  But even more I love to feed people.  That’s just one way that I show family and friends that I love them.

 

 

 

 

My husband and I try to eat healthy…probably 70% of the time 🙂 but we can never fully give up the “bad” stuff!  So my recipes are a mix of both.

My blog is to share some of my own recipes, share recipes of others that I have really enjoyed, and share some of the places that we have enjoyed eating at.
